Once the list of various tools and platforms to be implemented in the engagement is finalised, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead must identify and list the various technical and business interfaces between these systems. The Technology And Infrastructure Lead must study each interface in detail and identify the requirements for building these interfaces. 

Some examples of these interfaces are:

·     Active directory interface design

·     Develop asset discovery interface

·     Develop interfaces for IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) and BMC IT Business Management (ITBM).
